سياسة الخصوصية

توضح هذه السياسة معالجة بيانات تطبيق NOXE VOICE الاجتماعي للغرف الصوتية والمحادثات والألعاب. المسؤول عن الخدمة: Abdulla، المملكة العربية السعودية. للاستفسار أو طلب متعلق بالبيانات: abodlove20@gmail.com. الخدمة لمن بلغوا 18 عامًا. الموافقة على الشروط أو هذه السياسة ليست موافقة على مشاركة المحتوى مع الذكاء الاصطناعي.

البيانات واستخدامها

• الحساب والملف: معرّف الحساب، رقم الجوال للتحقق، والبريد إذا قدمه مسار تسجيل الدخول المدعوم؛ واسم العرض والصورة والنبذة والمدينة والاهتمامات والجنس وتاريخ الميلاد. نستخدمها لإدارة الحساب والعمر والملف والاكتشاف. يظهر اسم العرض والصورة ومعلومات الملف المتاحة للآخرين؛ لا يُعرض تاريخ الميلاد الكامل أو رقم الجوال ضمن الملف العام.
• الموقع: عند السماح به نعالج الإحداثيات لتحديد المدينة والقرب التقريبي. تُحفظ الإحداثيات في بيانات الحساب الخاصة، ولا تعرض واجهة الاكتشاف إحداثياتك الدقيقة للآخرين. يمكنك رفض إذن الموقع أو سحبه من إعدادات الجهاز؛ قد تقل دقة ميزات القرب.
• العلاقات الاجتماعية: نحفظ الأصدقاء والمتابعات وطلبات الصداقة والإعجابات والمطابقات والحظر لتشغيل التفاعل والسلامة. تندرج هذه الشبكة الاجتماعية ضمن فئة «جهات الاتصال / Contacts» في إفصاحات الخصوصية؛ لا يعني ذلك قراءة دفتر عناوين جهازك.
• المحتوى: رسائل الغرف والمحادثات الخاصة والصور والقصص وعناوين الغرف وطلبات الدعم والبلاغات، إضافة إلى حالة الألعاب والنتائج والدعوات. تُخزَّن البيانات اللازمة لتقديم هذه الميزات ومراجعة الإساءة. يطّلع المشاركون على المحتوى الذي تشاركه معهم، وقد يحتفظون بنسخ منه.
• الصوت: تستخدم الغرف والمكالمات خدمة Agora لنقل الصوت وتشغيله للمشاركين. لا يوفر التطبيق الحالي ميزة تسجيل للمحادثات الصوتية. تعالج Agora التدفق وبيانات الاتصال اللازمة عبر بنيتها؛ هذا ليس وعدًا باتصال مباشر حصري بين الأجهزة أو بتشفير من طرف إلى طرف. قد يسجل مشارك الصوت بوسائل خارج التطبيق.
• التشغيل والأمان: بيانات الجهاز والمتصفح ومعرّفات الجلسة وتوقيت الدخول ورمز إشعارات الجهاز وبيانات الشبكة، ومنها عنوان IP الذي يراه مزود الخدمة ومشتق مجزّأ منه في سجلات أمان التطبيق. تُستخدم للتوصيل والإشعارات ومنع الإساءة وتحديد معدلات الطلبات وتشخيص الأعطال. التجزئة لا تجعل جميع هذه البيانات مجهولة الهوية.

مشاركة اختيارية مع Groq: ثلاثة أغراض منفصلة

نطلب إذنًا صريحًا لكل غرض قبل إرسال بياناته عبر خادم NOXE إلى Groq. يُحفظ سجل الاختيار وإصداره ووقت تغييره في حسابك. لا يغني إذن غرض عن الآخر:

1. المساعد: السؤال وآخر رسائل محادثة المساعد لتوليد الرد. تُحفظ الأسئلة والردود في سجل المساعد المرتبط بحسابك، وقد تُخزَّن الردود مؤقتًا لإعادة استخدامها. لا نضيف حقول ملفك الشخصي تلقائيًا إلى سؤال المساعد؛ ما تكتبه بنفسك قد يتضمن بيانات شخصية.
2. سلامة الصور: الصورة التي تختار رفعها لفحص المحتوى غير المناسب. قد تتضمن وجهًا أو تفاصيل شخصية. لا ترسل صورة شخص آخر دون إذنه. إذا رفضت هذه المشاركة، لا تُرسل الصورة لهذا الفحص ولا تكتمل عملية رفعها.
3. تصنيف الدعم: نص الشكوى لاقتراح الفئة والملخص. تستطيع اختيار الفئة وإرسال الشكوى للدعم البشري دون هذا الإذن.

تزيل المرشحات بعض أنماط بيانات الاتصال والمعلومات المالية من النص، لكنها لا تضمن إزالة كل معلومة شخصية. لا ترسل كلمات المرور أو رموز التحقق أو بيانات حساسة غير لازمة. نتائج الذكاء الاصطناعي قد تخطئ.

يمكن سحب كل إذن من الإعدادات ← الخصوصية ← مشاركة البيانات مع الذكاء الاصطناعي. يوقف السحب الطلبات الجديدة لذلك الغرض، ولا يسترجع ما أُرسل سابقًا. إذا ظهر أن مزامنة السحب لم تكتمل، أعد المحاولة عند الاتصال. حذف سجل المساعد إجراء منفصل متاح من شاشة المساعد؛ لا يعني مسح سجلات المزود أو كل ذاكرات التخزين المؤقت. يظل التصفح والألعاب والدعم البشري متاحًا دون موافقات Groq.

مزودو الخدمة والمحتوى الخارجي

• Google Firebase: المصادقة وقواعد البيانات والتخزين والإشعارات والاستضافة ووظائف الخادم. خصوصية Firebase.
• Agora: نقل الصوت وإدارة اتصال المشاركين وجودته. خصوصية Agora.
• Groq: معالجة المحتوى للأغراض الثلاثة بعد الإذن الموضح أعلاه. خصوصية Groq.
• YouTube / Google: البحث عن الفيديو وتشغيل المحتوى المضمّن في المشاهدة المشتركة. يتلقى المزود عبارة البحث أو طلب تشغيل الفيديو وبيانات الشبكة والجهاز اللازمة؛ وقد تستخدم المشغّلات تقنيات التخزين الخاصة بالمزود. خصوصية Google وشروط YouTube.

قد تعالج خدمات المزودين البيانات خارج بلدك. يمكن للموظفين المخوّلين معالجة البيانات اللازمة للدعم والسلامة وتشغيل الخدمة؛ لا تُعد المحادثات الخاصة مخفية تقنيًا عن أنظمة الخادم أو إدارة الخدمة. قد يُكشف ما يلزم استجابةً لطلب قانوني واجب التطبيق.

الاحتفاظ والحذف والتحكم

تبقى بيانات الحساب والمحتوى المخزّن مرتبطة بوظائف الخدمة إلى أن تُحذف عبر أدواتها أو حذف الحساب. لا نعد بمهلة موحدة لحذف كل فئة أو سجل. قد تبقى مراجع مشتركة مثل سجلات الألعاب أو إشعارات لدى مشاركين آخرين، وسجلات تشغيل أو نسخ احتياطية وفق إعدادات المزود؛ لا يمحو حذف الحساب نسخًا سبق أن احتفظ بها الآخرون. راجع تفاصيل حذف الحساب لحدود العملية وكيفية الإبلاغ عن بيانات متبقية.

يمكن تعديل الملف وإدارة الحظر وإعدادات الظهور والإشعارات داخل التطبيق، وإدارة الميكروفون والكاميرا والصور والموقع في إعدادات الجهاز. لطلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو معالجة بيانات متبقية، تواصل عبر abodlove20@gmail.com؛ قد نحتاج تحققًا مناسبًا من ملكية الحساب.

الحماية والتحديثات

تستخدم الخدمات اتصالات آمنة وقواعد وصول مرتبطة بالحساب والصلاحيات، دون ضمان أمان مطلق أو تشفير شامل من طرف إلى طرف. الإبلاغ عن حساب دون السن المسموح أو محتوى مؤذٍ متاح داخل التطبيق وبالبريد. تُنشر تعديلات السياسة هنا مع تاريخها؛ تُطلب موافقة جديدة عندما تتغير مشاركة الذكاء الاصطناعي التي تستلزم إذنًا.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains data processing in NOXE VOICE, a social app for voice rooms, messaging, and games. The service operator is Abdulla, Saudi Arabia. For privacy questions or requests, contact abodlove20@gmail.com. The service is for adults aged 18 or over. Accepting the terms or this policy is not permission to share content with AI.

Data and its uses

• Account and profile: account ID, phone number for verification, email if supplied by a supported sign-in method, display name, photo, biography, city, interests, gender, and date of birth. These support accounts, age checks, profiles, and discovery. Other users see your display name, photo, and available profile information; your full birth date and phone number are not shown in the public profile.
• Location: with device permission, coordinates support city and approximate proximity features. Coordinates are stored in private account data; discovery does not display your precise coordinates to other users. You can refuse or withdraw location permission in device settings; proximity features may become less accurate.
• Social relationships: friends, follows, friend requests, likes, matches, and blocks support social features and safety. This social graph falls within the privacy-disclosure category “Contacts”; it does not mean the app reads your device address book.
• Content: room and direct messages, images, stories, room titles, support requests, and reports, plus game states, results, and invitations. Data needed for these features and abuse review is stored. Participants receive what you share with them and may retain copies.
• Voice: rooms and calls use Agora to carry and play audio for participants. The current app does not provide a voice-conversation recording feature. Agora processes streams and connection data through its infrastructure; this is not a promise of exclusively direct device-to-device transport or end-to-end encryption. Participants may record using tools outside the app.
• Operation and security: device/browser information, session identifiers, login times, device notification tokens, and network data, including the IP address seen by service providers and a hashed derivative in app security logs. Uses include delivery, notifications, abuse prevention, rate limiting, and troubleshooting. Hashing does not make all this data anonymous.

Optional sharing with Groq: three separate purposes

We request explicit permission for each purpose before sending its data through NOXE’s server to Groq. Your choice, its version, and update time are recorded in your account. Permission for one purpose does not authorize another:

1. Assistant: your question and recent assistant-chat messages to generate a reply. Questions and replies are saved in your account’s assistant history; responses may also be cached for reuse. We do not automatically add profile fields to assistant questions, but your own text may contain personal information.
2. Image safety: the image you choose to upload is checked for inappropriate content. It may contain a face or personal details. Do not share another person’s image without permission. If you decline, the image is not sent for this check and its upload is not completed.
3. Support classification: complaint text to suggest a category and summary. You can select a category and submit to human support without this permission.

Filters remove some contact and financial-data patterns from text, but cannot guarantee removal of every personal detail. Do not submit passwords, verification codes, or unnecessary sensitive data. AI results can be wrong.

Withdraw each permission at Settings → Privacy → AI data sharing. Withdrawal stops new requests for that purpose; it cannot recall previously transmitted data. If withdrawal has not synced, retry when connected. Deleting assistant history is a separate action in the assistant screen and does not erase provider logs or every response cache. Browsing, games, and human support remain available without Groq permissions.

Service providers and external content

• Google Firebase: authentication, databases, storage, notifications, hosting, and server functions. Firebase privacy.
• Agora: voice transport and participant connectivity and quality. Agora privacy.
• Groq: content processing for the three purposes with permission as described above. Groq privacy.
• YouTube / Google: video search and embedded playback in watch-together features. The provider receives search terms or playback requests and necessary network/device data; embedded players may use provider storage technologies. Google privacy and YouTube terms.

Providers may process data outside your country. Authorized staff may process data needed for support, safety, and service operation; direct messages are not technically hidden from server systems or service administrators. Data may be disclosed as necessary to comply with an applicable legal request.

Retention, deletion, and controls

Stored account data and content remain associated with service functions until removed using applicable tools or account deletion. We do not promise a single deletion deadline for every category or record. Shared references such as game records or notifications in other participants’ accounts, and operational logs or backups governed by provider settings, may remain. Account deletion cannot remove copies already retained by others. See account deletion details for its scope and how to report remaining data.

You can edit your profile and manage blocks, visibility, and notifications in the app, and microphone, camera, photo, and location access in device settings. Protection and updates

The services use secure connections and account/role-based access controls, without a guarantee of absolute security or comprehensive end-to-end encryption. Report an underage account or harmful content in the app or by email. Policy updates appear here with a revised date; new permission is requested when AI sharing requiring permission changes.
