يمكنك بدء حذف حسابك من التطبيق. الحذف غير قابل للتراجع بعد اكتماله؛ إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق أو تسجيل الخروج لا يحذف الحساب.
من داخل التطبيق
- سجّل الدخول إلى الحساب الذي تريد حذفه.
- افتح الإعدادات ← الخصوصية ← حذف الحساب؛ قد يظهر ضمن قسم حذف الحساب في عرض الإعدادات الواسع.
- اقرأ التأكيدات واكتب كلمة التأكيد المعروضة.
- إذا طُلب منك، أعد التحقق بالطريقة المدعومة لحسابك، مثل رمز الجوال. تحديث الجلسة وحده لا يغني عن إعادة التحقق.
- أكّد الطلب وانتظر تأكيد اكتماله. إذا ظهر خطأ أو انقطع الاتصال، لا تفترض اكتمال الحذف: أعد المحاولة أو تواصل مع الدعم.
يجري الخادم الحذف على مراحل. عند تعذر إحدى مراحل التنظيف قد تكون بعض البيانات قد حُذفت بالفعل، بينما يبقى الحساب متاحًا لإعادة المحاولة. لا نعد بحذف فوري أو بمدة موحدة لكل حساب.
إذا لم تستطع تسجيل الدخول
راسل abodlove20@gmail.com بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب NOXE». اذكر معرّف حسابك إن توفر، وطريقة التواصل المرتبطة به بالقدر اللازم للتحقق من الملكية. لا ترسل كلمة مرور أو رمز تحقق. قد نطلب معلومات إضافية مناسبة لإثبات ملكية الحساب. يختلف وقت المعالجة بحسب التحقق وطبيعة الطلب؛ لا يوجد وعد عام بإنهائه خلال عدد محدد من الأيام.
نطاق الحذف
تستهدف العملية حساب تسجيل الدخول والملف العام والخاص والصور والملفات المملوكة لك والقصص والعلاقات والحظر والمحتوى المرتبط بحسابك الذي تغطيه عملية الحذف، بما فيه محادثات خاصة شاركت فيها ورسائلك في الغرف وغرفك وسجل المساعد وطلبات الدعم والبلاغات المرتبطة بالحساب. قد يؤثر حذف محادثة مشتركة في ظهورها للطرف الآخر.
لا تعني العملية مسح كل نسخة من معلوماتك في كل مكان: قد تبقى مراجع في سجلات ألعاب مشتركة أو إشعارات حسابات أخرى أو سجلات تشغيل ونسخ احتياطية لدى المزودين. ولا تُحذف نسخ حفظها مشاركون خارج الخدمة. لا توجد في هذه الصفحة مهلة موحدة مضمونة لهذه الفئات. إذا وجدت بيانات ما زالت تحدد هويتك، أرسل موضعها للدعم ليُراجع الطلب.
بدائل لحذف الحساب بالكامل
يمكنك تعديل الملف، وإدارة الأذونات والحظر، وسحب موافقات Groq لكل غرض من إعدادات الخصوصية. يتيح المساعد أيضًا حذف سجله المخزّن في حسابك. سحب الموافقة لا يسترجع بيانات سبق إرسالها إلى مزود الخدمة. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.
Delete Account and Data
You can start account deletion in the app. Completed deletion cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete the account.
In the app
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings → Privacy → Delete Account; wider settings layouts may place it in the account-deletion section.
- Read the confirmations and type the displayed confirmation word.
- If prompted, reauthenticate with a method supported by your account, such as a phone code. Refreshing a session alone does not replace reauthentication.
- Confirm the request and wait for completion. If an error appears or the connection drops, do not assume deletion completed: retry or contact support.
The server deletes data in stages. If a cleanup stage fails, some data may already have been removed while the account remains available for retry. We do not promise immediate deletion or one completion time for every account.
If you cannot sign in
Email abodlove20@gmail.com with the subject “NOXE account deletion request”. Include your account ID if available and only the account contact details needed to verify ownership. Do not send passwords or verification codes. We may request suitable additional ownership evidence. Processing depends on verification and the request; there is no general promise of completion within a fixed number of days.
Scope of deletion
The process targets your sign-in account, public/private profile, owned photos and files, stories, relationships, blocks, and account-linked content covered by the deletion process. This includes direct conversations you participated in, your room messages and hosted rooms, assistant history, and account-related support requests and reports. Removing a shared conversation may affect its availability to the other participant.
This does not mean every copy of your information is erased everywhere. References may remain in shared game records, other accounts’ notifications, or providers’ operational logs and backups. Copies participants saved outside the service are not removed. This page does not promise one retention deadline for these categories. If remaining data identifies you, tell support where it appears so the request can be reviewed.
Alternatives to deleting the whole account
You can edit your profile, manage permissions and blocks, and withdraw each Groq permission in privacy settings. The assistant also offers deletion of its history stored in your account. Withdrawal cannot recall data already transmitted to a provider. See the Privacy Policy.
