العمر والحساب
الخدمة لمن بلغوا 18 عامًا. قد تتاح معاينة محدودة للضيف بعد تأكيد العمر والشروط؛ لا تُغني عن متطلبات التحقق للميزات التي تحتاج حسابًا. قدم معلومات صحيحة ولا تنتحل شخصية أحد أو تشارك رموز الدخول. أنت مسؤول عن استخدام حسابك، وأبلغ الدعم إذا اشتبهت في اختراقه.
قواعد المجتمع
يُحظر التحرش والتهديد والكراهية والاستغلال الجنسي ومحتوى الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال والعري والمحتوى الجنسي الصريح والعنف الصادم والاحتيال ونشر البيانات الخاصة دون إذن. يُحظر استغلال القاصرين أو تسهيل الأذى أو نشر محتوى ينتهك القانون أو حقوق الآخرين، وكذلك الرسائل المزعجة والتلاعب بالألعاب أو محاولات تجاوز حماية الخدمة.
شارك فقط المحتوى الذي تملك حق مشاركته، واحصل على الإذن اللازم قبل مشاركة صور أو معلومات تخص غيرك. لا تستخدم الألعاب للمراهنة أو لتبادل جوائز نقدية. لا تستخدم الغرف أو الرسائل لعرض محتوى محظور أو خدمات غير قانونية.
محتواك وحدود الخصوصية
تحتفظ بحقوقك في المحتوى الذي تنشئه. تمنح الخدمة الإذن اللازم لاستضافته ونقله وعرضه للمستلمين أو الجمهور الذي تشاركه معه، وفحصه وتشغيل أدوات السلامة والدعم وفق سياسة الخصوصية. قد يحتفظ المستلم بنسخة خارج الخدمة؛ تجنّب مشاركة ما لا تريد وصوله إليه.
الذكاء الاصطناعي والخدمات الخارجية
الموافقة على هذه الشروط لا تفوّض مشاركة المحتوى مع Groq. يتطلب المساعد وفحص سلامة الصور وتصنيف الشكاوى موافقات منفصلة قابلة للسحب. رفض فحص الصورة يمنع ذلك الرفع؛ يظل إرسال تذكرة بشرية ممكنًا دون التصنيف. مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي قد تكون غير دقيقة ولا تُغني عن مشورة مختص عند الحاجة.
يعتمد الاتصال والتخزين والصوت على مزودي الخدمة الموضحين في سياسة الخصوصية. تشغيل فيديو YouTube يخضع أيضًا إلى شروط YouTube وسياسة خصوصية Google. قد تتغير إتاحة محتوى المزود أو ميزاته.
الإبلاغ والإجراءات
يمكن الإبلاغ والحظر داخل التطبيق أو التواصل عبر abodlove20@gmail.com. قد نزيل محتوى أو نقيّد ميزة أو نعلّق حسابًا لمخالفة هذه الشروط أو لحماية المستخدمين والخدمة. يمكن طلب مراجعة القرار عبر الدعم مع معرّف الحساب وسبب الاعتراض. لا نضمن مراجعة كل بلاغ خلال فترة ثابتة.
إتاحة الخدمة وإنهاء الاستخدام
قد تحدث أعطال أو صيانة أو قيود اتصال، وقد تختلف الميزات بحسب المنصة وإصدار التطبيق. لا نضمن اتصالًا مستمرًا أو نتيجة محددة لمباراة أو طلب دعم. يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام وحذف الحساب وفق تعليمات الحذف. لا تحد هذه الشروط من حقوق إلزامية يمنحها القانون المطبق عليك.
تغييرات الشروط
تُعرض الشروط المحدثة هنا بتاريخها. راجعها قبل استخدام الميزات المتغيرة؛ إذا لم توافق فتوقف عن استخدامها، ويمكنك التواصل أو حذف الحساب. أي مشاركة للذكاء الاصطناعي تتطلب إذنًا تظل خاضعة لموافقتها الخاصة.
Terms of Use
These terms govern NOXE VOICE’s voice rooms, messaging, and games. The service operator is Abdulla, Saudi Arabia; contact abodlove20@gmail.com. Read the Privacy Policy and Child Safety Policy as well.
Age and accounts
The service is for adults aged 18 or over. Limited guest preview may be available after age and terms confirmation; it does not replace verification required for account features. Provide accurate information, do not impersonate others, and do not share login codes. You are responsible for using your account and should report suspected compromise to support.
Community rules
Harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, nudity, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, fraud, and unauthorized disclosure of private information are prohibited. Do not exploit minors, facilitate harm, violate the law or others’ rights, spam, cheat in games, or attempt to bypass service protections.
Share only content you have the right to share, with necessary permission for other people’s images or information. Do not use games for wagering or cash prizes. Do not use rooms or messaging to offer prohibited content or illegal services.
Your content and privacy limits
You retain rights to content you create. You authorize the service to host, transmit, and display it to the recipients or audience with whom you share it, and to perform safety checks and support operations described in the Privacy Policy. Recipients may retain copies outside the service; avoid sharing material you do not want them to receive.
AI and external services
Accepting these terms does not authorize sharing content with Groq. Assistant, image-safety, and support-classification processing require separate permissions that can be withdrawn. Declining an image check prevents that upload; human-support tickets remain available without classification. AI output may be inaccurate and does not replace qualified advice when needed.
Connectivity, storage, and voice depend on providers described in the Privacy Policy. YouTube playback is also subject to the YouTube Terms and Google Privacy Policy. Provider content and feature availability may change.
Reporting and enforcement
Use in-app report and block controls or contact abodlove20@gmail.com. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts for violations or to protect users and the service. Request review through support with your account ID and reason. We do not guarantee review of every report within a fixed period.
Availability and ending use
Outages, maintenance, and connection limits may occur, and features can differ by platform and app version. We do not guarantee continuous connectivity or a particular game or support outcome. You may stop using the service and delete your account using the deletion instructions. These terms do not limit mandatory rights under laws that apply to you.
Changes
Updated terms are published here with their date. Review them before using changed features; if you disagree, stop using them, contact us, or delete your account. AI sharing that requires permission continues to require its own consent.
